Privacy Policy

Created by Bee (“we”, “our” or “us”) builds apps for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. We care deeply about your privacy and design our apps to collect as little information as possible. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to all apps published by Created by Bee unless a specific app provides its own policy.

Information we collect

Most of our apps work entirely on your device and do not require an account. Where an app does collect information, it is limited to what is needed to provide the feature you are using. This may include:

  • Content you create — such as reading lists, music library references, or generated poems. This stays on your device or in your personal iCloud unless you choose to share it.
  • Diagnostic information — anonymous crash reports and performance data, used only to fix problems and improve stability.
  • Support correspondence — if you email us, we keep your message and contact details to respond.

We do not collect your name, phone number, or precise location, and we never sell your personal information.

How we use data

We use the limited information above only to:

  • provide and maintain the app's core features;
  • diagnose crashes and improve reliability and performance;
  • respond to your support requests;
  • understand, in aggregate, how features are used.

Third-party services

Some apps rely on trusted third-party services to function. These may include Apple services such as the App Store, iCloud and StoreKit for purchases, and — for apps with AI features such as Pictopoem — an AI processing provider used solely to generate the content you request. These providers process data under their own privacy policies, and we share only what is necessary for the feature to work.

Analytics

Where analytics are used, they are limited to anonymous, aggregated usage and diagnostic data provided through Apple's App Analytics and similar privacy-respecting tools. This data cannot be used to identify you personally, and you can opt out at any time in your device's Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

Data retention & your rights

Content stored on your device remains under your control and is removed when you delete the app. Support emails are retained only as long as needed to help you. You may request access to, or deletion of, any personal data we hold by contacting us at the address below.

Children's privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
